Cooperation structuringDeployment pathway designStakeholder alignment

Romona Guan leads APAC 2 IMPACT's overall strategy, cooperation structuring, stakeholder alignment, and deployment pathway design. Her role is to structure the pathway between real need, technology, partners, capital, and implementation. She is not a broker or introducer. Her value lies in turning fragmented opportunities into more credible, better-structured next steps.

Support structure, not headline names.

Romona is supported by a strategic cooperation team that strengthens APAC 2 IMPACT's early-stage judgement in climate-finance readiness, carbon-market context, and technical project framing.

Tamara Bujhawan brings more than a decade of climate-finance and carbon-market experience across the Caribbean, Latin America, and Europe. She is the founder of Mora Carbon and co-founder of Carbon Asset Developer Associates, and has advised the UNFCCC, GIZ, the Inter-American Development Bank, and UN ECLAC on carbon pricing, Article 6, and carbon-project development. Her work spans carbon pricing systems, emissions trading, MRV, and nature-based solutions — including the design of a blue-carbon mangrove-restoration project in Saint Lucia and the investment plan for Barbados's Roofs to Reefs Programme. She is a member of the UNFCCC Paris Committee on Capacity-Building and a lead author of ICAT's Transformational Change Guidance. For APAC 2 IMPACT she anchors climate-finance and carbon-readiness discipline — including MRV and impact-asset readiness through Angarva — determining whether a project has credible carbon or climate-finance potential, and what must be assessed before assumptions become commitments.

Patrick Munyaneza has more than 15 years of experience in international carbon markets and climate finance, spanning Africa, Latin America, and the Caribbean. He has served as an Article 6 Expert with the UNFCCC Regional Collaboration Centre for the Caribbean, supporting countries on cooperative approaches, corresponding adjustments, and national authorization frameworks under the Paris Agreement, and has worked with GIZ, the World Bank, and national governments to strengthen carbon-market governance. His expertise covers the full carbon-project lifecycle — origination, feasibility, methodology selection, MRV system design, validation and verification, registry strategy, and commercialization — with particular depth in nature-based solutions, blue carbon, mangrove restoration, and high-integrity carbon-credit generation. He advises governments and investors on carbon-market regulation, national authorization frameworks, and investment strategy across voluntary and Article 6 markets.

The system that keeps every pathway trackable and finance-ready.

Angarva is the system that keeps every pathway transparent, trackable, and finance-ready. It provides the project-tracking infrastructure and the technical discipline behind carbon and impact-asset preparation — turning a structured pathway into something a funder, registry, or carbon buyer can evaluate with confidence.

Methodology & additionality screeningEarly screening of methodology fit, additionality, baseline, and policy alignment — before any carbon representation is made.
High-integrity impact assetsPreparation of carbon and impact assets to a high-integrity standard, so opportunities survive scrutiny from funders and communities alike.
Project tracking & MRVPublic project tracking and MRV documentation pathways, so each project's data, monitoring, and reporting are ready when finance conversations follow.

What the team's role is — and is not.

The APAC 2 IMPACT team does not replace formal government decision-making, technical due diligence, legal review, procurement procedures, registry review, or climate-finance approval processes. The team's role is to strengthen early-stage judgement, structure, and readiness — not to overstate outcomes or shortcut formal processes.

Structure first. Then the conversations that matter can move forward.

APAC 2 IMPACT is led by Romona Guan, Founder & Principal Partner, who leads strategy, cooperation structuring, stakeholder alignment, and deployment pathway design.

Operating judgement, climate-finance readiness (Tamara Bujhawan), and international carbon markets and Article 6 (Patrick Munyaneza).

Stronger early-stage judgement in climate-finance readiness, carbon-market context, and technical project framing.

The team strengthens early-stage judgement, structure, and readiness. It does not replace formal decision-making, due diligence, legal review, or approval processes, and does not overstate outcomes.

Governments receive disciplined early-stage cooperation structuring; technology companies receive fit assessment and pathway structuring; partners receive better-structured, more assessable early opportunities.
